Then I have good news for you - Multicommander, a quality version of the classic swiss army knife utility has gone free recently! It's got 32 & 64 bit versions as well!
Gonna swap this one in for my Total Commander 200? version and give it a try...

Goes well, 90% of the shortcuts are the same. Had to change the font to Bold however (as it is in Total Commander), couldn't get used to that 'soft' look ;-)
