How to receive email notification for this Blog?

Hey everyone,


As you can read here .................. following the Blog doesn't get you any notifications (stupido Google).
So I created a Google Group http://groups.google.com/group/p4p-followers 
That way if anyone wants automatic emails when the Blog is updated, just inform me, and I'll invite you to this group which will send the emails.
